    Our Refund Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with Termwise. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

    Refund Eligibility

    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment if they are not satisfied with Termwise. This guarantee applies to monthly and annual plans.

    Subsequent Billing Periods

    After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of annual plans. Monthly plan subscribers are not eligible for partial month refunds.

    Cancellation Process

    To cancel your subscription:

    1. Log into your Termwise account
    2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
    3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
    4. Confirm your cancellation

    Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing contact@termwise.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    Refund Timeline

    • • Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days
    • • Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing
    • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • • Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
    • • Add-on purchases (API credits, etc.)
    • • Promotional or discounted plans (unless specifically stated)
    • • Free tier downgrades
